The Process
As an Accredited Public Relations (APR) professional, this distinction reflects nationally recognized expertise in ethical, research-driven communications and public accountability. My background in public relations and crisis communications means the work I do lives in the real world — where words carry consequences, credibility matters, and unclear narratives don’t hold up under scrutiny.
This experience shapes how I approach narrative strategy. I don’t help organizations invent stories. I help them define narratives that are clear, defensible, and aligned with the realities of leadership, public trust, and reputational risk — ensuring the story you lead with is one you can confidently stand behind.
Diagnose
We start by identifying where and why your story is breaking down. Through leadership conversations and a deep review of how your organization currently presents itself, I pinpoint the gaps, inconsistencies, and blind spots that are making everything feel harder than it should.
Extract
Next, I work closely with you to surface what you can’t see from the inside. I draw out the insights, differentiators, and lived experience that are already there but buried under noise, familiarity, or competing priorities — the parts of your story that matter most but haven’t been clearly named.
Define
This is where clarity takes shape. I take what’s been diagnosed and extracted and turn it into a clear, cohesive narrative — defining what you stand for, why it matters, and what truly sets you apart in a way that feels obvious, usable, and undeniable.
Align
Finally, everything comes together. You leave with a shared narrative framework that makes decisions easier, messaging consistent, and communication more confident — giving you and your team the clarity to move forward without second-guessing or getting in your own way.
